ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a paperless National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) developed by the National Maritime Museum (NMM) in Great Britain. According to Andy Bodle, human resources (HR) and operations director at the museum, the qualification was designed after some employees had been put off by having to maintain a substantial personal folder for their NVQ. Bodle said the NMM was one of the first national museums to offer a range of NVQ to all staff.
