ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a mentoring academy for talent launched by United House. The purpose of the academy is to retain a collaborative culture during a period of fast growth. Interviews and assessment tools were used to select the most talented staff from across the business for the academy, which had an initial intake of nine when it was launched last autumn.
