ABSTRACT
The article focuses on global study by the Hay Group and Stratage which found that more people need the opportunity to innovate if organizations are to reach their potential. According to Will Werhane of the Hay Group, eighty percent of executives say innovation is a top-three priority, but only 20 percent say they have adequate ability to do it. He said the research found two radically different types of organization.
