ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the Academy of Art College (AAC) Fashion Department in San Francisco, California. The Academy offers Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) major in textiles and textile design and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) major in textiles. Its program includes a training which focuses on textiles, schooling in basic hands-on applications and computer-aided methods. MFA candidates pursue their work in their own studio spaces at the Academy and their works are exhibited at the AAC galleries. Information on the facilities, resources and faculty is provided.
