It was opened on May 11, 1992 consisting of 70 stores, restaurants and entertainment. Since opening day, some 56,000 visitors a day, or 20 million per year, have kept financial activity to an average of $1,600 in annualized sales per square foot. Second phase expansion brought 35 new tenants, spectacular new entertainment and 200,000 additional square feet of pure splendor.
