ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of Vectra Bank and its holding company Zions Bancorp to turn to enterprise feedback management (EFM) in the U.S. The bank utilizes CustomerVoice to collect and manage feedback. Customer Voice is a Web-based service that incorporates with Vectra's existing Web site and permits customers to select anonymity. Moreover, EFM offers a way to make trend data besides improving response times.
