ABSTRACT
The article reports on the $120 million obtained by the largest U.S. manufacturer and importer of ready-to-assemble furniture Sauder Woodworking in financing as part of the restructuring effort in Archbold, Ohio. The author stated that the Bank of America Business Capital has provided the new credit facility to refinance existing debt and provide additional working capital. He added that the company has reassigned several employees and 70 to 80 positions are being eliminated.
