ABSTRACT
The article reports on the pledges of Jim Click and his family to match up $2.5 million to help build a new high school for San Miguel High School in Tucson, Arizona. The school is one of the 19 high schools in Cristo Rey Network which serves low-income families. It develops a 21st century education program that is affordable through a work-study model. The pledge is announced as part of the first graduation ceremonies of the school on May 17, 2008.
