ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the response of mortgage brokers to Nationwide Building Society's move of reducing the rate of its two and five-year fixed rate mortgages in Great Britain. Accordingly, Danny Lovey of the Mortgage Practitioner asserted that the building society is still undercutting brokers despite the move. Additional information on the factors triggering the reduction is also provided.
