ABSTRACT
The article discusses Web sites requiring redesign. Rules of thumb are provided to help individuals understand when a Web site should be revamped. A Web site requires an overhaul about every three years, that article indicates, due to user expectations and the constantly changing Internet. Other reasons for redesign include serious changes to one's organization or the services rendered by one's organization. Phrases analyzed include under construction and information superhighway. Also discussed are changes to main navigation on Web sites, piecemeal changes, and visitor navigation of Web sites.
