ABSTRACT
The article reports on the announcement of Schletter Inc. , a German-based manufacturer and distributor of solar mounting systems, to open an operations center in Tucson, Arizona. According to Schletter Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Martin Hausner, there are three employees who have moved from Germany to establish the plant which is expected to be operational in June 2008. The firm plans to hire 10-15 manufacturing employees by the end of the year and up to 10 people by the end of 2009.
