The article reports on the demand for store cattle at the Knighton market in Powys, Wales. A batch of nine 12-month old Limousin cross steers from A. Thomas was sold per head. Messrs Ormathwaite's five 20-month old British Blue cross steers were sold at the market. Knighton saw 785 lots of store cattle forward and a top price of 230.7p/kg for steers and 280.5p/kg for heifers.
