ABSTRACT

The British Egg Industry Council (BEIC) has recruited a range of experts to assess the entrants on their ability to poach an egg successfully. The British Egg Industry Council claimed that new U.S. research findings claiming to link higher mortality with higher egg consumption contains significant anomalies. Sainsbury's Scottish So Organic whole chickens are being sold in compostable trays instead of plastic, as the retailer seeks to cut packaging waste.
