ABSTRACT
This article offers advice from Maggie O'Neill, senior director of Pepper Commotions, an experiential marketing firm in New York, on how a joint promotion between Embassy Suites Hotels and Build-A-Bear Workshop can generate more return-on-investment. O'Neill suggests that executives at Embassy Suites start by enhancing publicity within the Build-A-Bear stores where the bears are first bought. O'Neill also suggested that the company enter discussions or otherwise mark their program online through blogs.
