This article offers advice from Cheryl Carter, owner of Party for a Living!, on how to plan for a successful company summer picnic. Carter said picking a theme makes all the other steps in planning for a picnic easier. She said the most important step of the process is determining how much to spend per person because it will determine whether to get box lunches or an all-you-can-eat buffet table. Venue for company picnics can range from a state park or a water park to the business parking lot.
