ABSTRACT
The article presents an outlook on the political risk, economic risk and business environment in Estonia for 2008. An expenditure-cutting supplementary budget is being planned by the Estonian government. It is projected that leveraged real estate developers will struggle as house prices decline. On the other hand, an agreement has been made between the government, employees and trade unions.
