ABSTRACT

Due to cost concerns, Crocs Inc. is closing its manufacturing plant in Quebec City, Canada, resulting in the layoff of about 600 employees. Replacing Roots Ltd., Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. has become the official outfitter for the U.S. Olympic team for the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing, China. Russ Hopcus has become the president of U.S. operations at Icebreaker USA.
