Buy.com shifts Net dollars, picks offline shop

This article reports that computer electronic retailer, Buy.COM has hired Rubin Postaer and Associates to handle its offline advertising account estimated at $20 million. Buy.COM is under pressure to improve its financial position. Buy.COM spent a total of $42 million in advertising in 1999. It has decided to shift its advertising budget from traditional to interactive media.
