The article reports that Russell Crowe has won the Cover Story honor for the month of May 2000. Cover Story is the "Advertising Age" magazine's monthly ranking of celebrities' popularity as reflected by their appearances on the covers of more than 30 publications in the United States. The coverage on Crowe is due to his role in the movie "Gladiator". He garnered 8.5 points with six covers including "Entertainment Weekly," "People," "Talk," and "Us Weekly".
