The article reports on the departure of Constantin Film AG chief executive officer (CEO) Fred Kogel who will be replaced by Bernhard Burgener, CEO of parent group Highlight Communications in Berlin, Germany. Kogel's decision signals a possible tighter integration of Constantin into Leo Kirch's Highlight-EM.Sport Media group. Kogel's contract was set to end in June 2007 but was extended. During his years, he doubled its revenue and achieved record profits.
