Chef Stephen Giunta of Cargill Meat Solutions' Culinary Innovation Center, received the Pioneer Award from the Research Chefs Association for his leadership in the food industry. Fulton Provision Co. became the first meat processor and distributor in the U.S. to be certified for sustainable business practices.
