ABSTRACT
The article reports on the popularity of chocolate fountain among students at Saint Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire. Foodservice director Kurt Ellison, says the chocolate fountain table offered at special occasions six or seven times during the school year is the hands-down favorite. It is so popular that he is planning to offer it in the fall on a regular basis. Along with an assortment of angel food and pound cake squares, bananas, strawberries and pretzels to spear on disposable bamboo skewers, the table is usually set up during dinner.
