The article describes how Mary Angela Miller, administrative director of Nutrition Services at the Ohio State University Medical Center (OSUMC) in Columbus, applied the lessons she had learned in her previous work at OSUMC. Miller has developed a thriving operation using the business savvy she learned while working at a couple of small clinics. She noted that building a competent and motivated team has been the most challenging and rewarding aspect during her 20 years in the industry.
