The article reports on the introduction of Grab and Go Green reusable bags by the Business Dining division of Aramark to its B&I customers as an alternative to disposable take-out trays. The decision to provide the bags came as an answer to the waste generated by the trays and other to-go packaging, says Gary Crompton, executive vice president of Aramark Business Dining. Inside, the bags have two separate slots designed for holding beverages.
