ABSTRACT
The article reports on the corporate performance of Dorel Industries Inc. for the for the quarter of 2008 in Montreal, Quebec. According to the company, due to better performance in its home furnishings segment it gained an increase of 22% in sales and 25.7% in earnings. The company's president Martin Schwartz said that they have the right combination of products and turned the corner in the ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture business.
