ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Bailey Street Holding Co. to postpone the launch of a separate line of wood products under the Mirador name in October 2008 in Dallas, Texas. The company's chief executive officer (CEO) Jim Berk said that the postponement is due to the high level of retail inventories. He added that postponement is also due to closeouts on similar quality items that Bailey Street plans to include in the revamped Mirador line .
