The article reports on the decrease of new orders for promotional upholstery in Tupelo, Mississippi for 2008. According to promotional upholstery manufacturers, new orders have slowed to a tickle. Ken Pruet of the Mississippi Furniture Association said that they do not have a plant in the northern part of the state which is working a full-40-hour workweek.
