ABSTRACT
The article reports that Rick Anderson wrote a letter to defend Tempur-Pedic North America Inc.'s products and track record in the marketplace in the U.S. According to Anderson, president of the company, their product and brand are being subjected to unfair competition and they have to defend by giving the facts about the product. Anderson wrote that Tempur-Pedic has extremely high consumer satisfaction and low return rates.
