ABSTRACT
The article offers information on some outstanding personalities in preschool education in the United States. It states that Beverly McGhee will be honored by the American Montessori Society Teacher Education Scholarship Committee at the April 1999 American Montessori Society (AMS) National Seminar in Cincinnati, Ohio. It also mentions that she earned a master's degree in trade, industrial education, and job counseling. This made her to be more efficient in teaching adult students and helping them to strive and achieve a firm future foundation. Among those who also received scholarship include Michael Catalano, Deanna Davis, Shelly Kauffman, Johanna Teller, and Lauren Cathcart.
