The article focuses on the business system strategy of Merlo Formal Rentals and Sales, which engaged in wedding gowns and apparel renting in Windsor, Ontario. Accordingly, the business services available to customers include rentals of tuxedos for men and women, shoes, ties and vests, shirts and studs and gown cleaning. Richard Merlo, in charge and owner of the business, is planning to expand its services to include wedding reception and reception facilities and food preparations.
