ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the 14th Annual Technology Study, a survey related to the use of technological innovations in the convenience store (C-store) industry in the U.S. in the year 2007. Almost 44 percent of the respondents reported the use of business intelligence (BI) software in the industry. About 56.6 percent of single store operators in the survey invested in technology automation during the year.
