The article offers tips for good writing skills. The Exchange's Writing Project that provides support to directors in developing their writing skills both in publishing their writing and for work-related writing is introduced. It is averred that if the confidence in writing is less than what it might be, then an attitude adjustment is required. Moreover, examining writing behaviors to distinguish the level of confidence and competence with respect to writing is recommended. It is suggested to make alterations that will help in the professional role after distinguishing attitude toward writing and assessing writing behaviors.
