ABSTRACT
The article reports on the role and significance of public libraries in information literacy skills training in Canada. It discusses the significant factor which signifies the importance of libraries as tools used to impart knowledge and experience that are needed in information literacy trainings. It also elucidates survey results regarding the impact of national libraries on delivering knowledgeable information as part of the literacy programs in the country.
