ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of the survey which assesses the work hours and division between work and home of engineers in Great Britain. The survey reveals that 65 percent of the respondents have fixed work hours, however, the schedules are arranged by the employers. It indicates that 89 percent of them are away from their families while 22 percent are paid for overtime work.
