ABSTRACT
This article reports on a statement issued by human resource leader Sharon Doherty that Terminal 5 of the Heathrow Airport in London, England, is a rare big project success story for the country. Doherty said that despite opening glitches, the build was a success story. She explained that work on the terminal had involved over 50,000 people from 20,000 companies. She suggested it was important for those in the supply chain to own their own people agenda.
