ABSTRACT
The article reports on the partnership among WellPoint Inc., its affiliated companies and Quotit Corp., an Internet application service provider for the health insurance and employee benefits industry to provide insurance rate quotes on Medicare plans to seniors in the U.S. Agents of WellPoint affiliated health plans can gain full access to Quotit's proprietary software due to the joint venture.
