ABSTRACT
The article deals with the terms of the initial public officer (IPO) reported by CardioNet, a provider of real-time outpatient management solutions for monitoring an individual's cardiac health, in its U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing. A total of 6.6 million shares will be offered by the company. A 30-day option has been granted by CardioNet to its underwriters to purchase up to 990,000 additional shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
