ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 2007 Towers Perrin Global Workforce Study, which showed that for business strategy to succeed, the workforce must be aligned and engaged. It reveals that the majority of workers are withholding the full range of their abilities. In Great Britain, only 14% are fully engaged with their work.
