The article focuses on human resource (HR) outsourcing practices at Credit Suisse. According to Jim Morrison, the bank's managing director, the presence of its multiple offices across the world is one of the reasons that Credit Suisse chose a single recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider to handle its recruitment in Great Britain. Jerry Collier, investment banking practice director at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), Credit Suisse's RPO provider, says the arrangements are distinctly global, rather than merely international.
