ABSTRACT
The article reports on the new employment offer launched by Mobile phone operator Orange in November 2007. The employment brand allows job candidates to communicate with the company during the recruitment process through initiatives such as online psychometric testing for graduates and text messaging interview reminders and prompts to check relevant emails. Orange employer brand manager David Roberts stated that it is important that the brand promise the emotional and rational parts of the employment offering.
