ABSTRACT
The article offers information on significant state court cases in the U.S. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed Assembly Bill (A.B.) 198 which enables taxpayers to compute the California LLC fee through the use of apportioned gross income. The Texas Supreme Court refused to examine the Texas Court of Appeal's view on the Home Interior & Gift v. Strayhorn case. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected to critique the New Hampshire Supreme Court's decision on the General Electric Co., Inc. v. Commissioner case.
