The article reports on the plan of One True Media company in Redwood City, California to launch a portal SpotMixer that would enable small and medium-sized business owners to promote efficiency in the production of advertisements. It states that the advertising portal would offer potential advertisers access to licensed music, stock footage and other tools in the production of own television (TV)-quality commercials. Further, the service would be marketed to retail community and businesses.
