ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of dashboard technology to measure enterprise performance against preset success metrics and communicate this information in an understandable format. Dashboards reportedly provide companies with a method for measuring individual progress, thereby translating strategic goals into individual accountability. The facilitation of dashboards in providing information to people at the right time is also noted.
