The article offers tips that will help businesses deal with change. Business owners are advised to make a plan to help them deal with change and to keep their thoughts focused on doing their best no matter what happens. They are encouraged to open their mind to other possibilities and to stay away from non-solution-oriented people and those who keep on whining.
