This article looks at British agricultural real estate sales. Upper Senwick, a 316-acre stock farm, is being sold at £1.1 million. Few Scottish farms have hit the market earlier than usual, but agents said the number of units for sale in 2008 were still likely to be limited. Increasing land values were not likely to tempt more farmers to sell, said Anna Thomas of Savills.
