ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of test plan initiative as an effective measure in selecting a proper high definition (HD) house format in television broadcasting. According to the author, the test plan allows collaborative effort as well as supports proper selection and implementation process for an effective creation of an HD house format. The test plan features a list of participants and schedules, executive summary, materials and pretest checklists for an optimum benchmark system.
