ABSTRACT
The article discusses the strategy of public utilities to turn to executive search experts to solve their problem on staff shortages in Great Britain. Hamilton Consultants director Neil Daly says that many of its clients demand the firm to find people that would fill all positions down the chain such as account managers and consultants. It explains the impact of staff shortage on renewable energy companies. Daly expects the number of job vacancies in the wind sector to grow by 50% a year with slower increase in the marine and biomass energy.
