ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the case between Time Warner Cable Television and Verizon Communications Inc. in the U.S. The case sprung when Verizon alleged that Time Warner's 60-second television advertisements have made false statements about its FiOS services in order to dissuade customers from switching; therefore it needs to earn a temporary restraining order to stop such advertisement. Time Warner Cable spokesman Alex Dudley, however, contends that the lawsuit is without merit.
