The acquisition deal includes the resort's entire operation such as the Indiana Beach Boardwalk Funway amusement park and waterpark and Indiana Beach Camp Resort. Some park improvements planned for 2008 are extended operating season and the addition of a sixth rollercoaster, Steel Hawg.
