ABSTRACT
The article offers advice on how to balance the complexities of job related responsibilities handled by fire chiefs. Relatively, handling of job functions and responsibility need to be equilibrated in order to reduce the induce stress of the job. Hence, it is important that the individual may learn to prioritize which are urgent and important and his ability to recognize is significant to the success of his handled job function as a fire chief.
